Position Overview:
General / Mechanical Project Manager; Responsible
for the overall performance of specialty municipal Water
/ Wastewater Treatment Plant projects, Specialty Stormwater
Pump Stations and Aquifer Storage-Recovery Pumping and
Treatment Systems. Current project(s) locations are
throughout South Florida with projects in planning that
include the Caribbean Basin.
Site Project Manager; Responsible for the overall
performance of mass earthwork associated with new waterway
development and refurbishment and environmentally sensitive
land enhancement projects. Current project(s) locations
are throughout South Florida.
Underground Project Manager; Responsible for
the overall performance of utility projects including
Water Distribution, Stormwater Collection, Wastewater
Collection and Civil Road Work. Current project(s) locations
are throughout South Florida with projects in planning
that include the Caribbean Basin.
Responsibilities:
Project estimating support.
Purchase Order & Subcontract scope development and
negotiations.
Preconstruction services support.
Direct Owner / Architect-Engineer relations.
Project compliance coordination with corporate safety
program.
Project scheduling.
Direct Field Superintendent and Labor manpower coordination.
Overall Contract, Subcontractor and Vendor Administration.
Project cost accounting, including periodic billing,
invoice review and approval.

| Qualifications: |
| • |
Four (4) year
college degree, preferably in Engineering Sciences or
Construction Management. |
| • |
Two (2) years experience,
responsible person in charge of construction management,
engineering design or related fields. Or Three (3) years
experience as a Construction Project Engineer or Assistant
Project Manager with specific project responsibility oversight. |

Computer skills with working
knowledge of Primavera Project Management, P5 Scheduling
and basic word document (Word) and data base spreadsheet
(Excel) development. |

Good time management and
honesty in communication skills. |

Position Overview:
General / Mechanical Project Engineer; Entry
level position responsible for the execution of project
specific tasks as assigned by the Project Manager on
specialty municipal Water / Wastewater Treatment Plant
projects, Specialty Stormwater Pump Stations and Aquifer
Storage-Recovery Pumping and Treatment Systems. Current
project(s) locations are throughout South Florida with
projects in planning that include the Caribbean Basin.
Work assignments will be divided between on site and
central office, so to allow the successful individual
to maximize their exposure to the dynamic aspects associated
with management of these specialty construction projects.
Additional professional class studies associated with
scheduling, communications, professional licensing and
construction management computer software are provided.
Site Project Engineer; Entry level position responsible
for the execution of project specific tasks assigned
by the Project Manager on mass earthwork projects associated
with new waterway development, refurbishment and environmentally
sensitive land enhancement projects. Current project(s)
locations are throughout South Florida. Work assignments
