The Trash & Debris Guard can be used as a pre-treatment and/or stand alone filtration device to reduce trash, sediment and debris from entering the storm drain. It can be used in conjunction with other BMP treatments such as catch basin inserts or vaults to effectively remove contaminants in stormwater runoff. This low cost, easy to install solution dramatically reduces the maintenance of the following filtration device train and requires no moving parts or hinge points. In addition, it is easily adaptable for either retrofit or new applications.
